Quality

The company has a certified quality system according to ISO 9001:2015. The quality of products is guaranteed primarily by the quality of the process, by the first-class production technology and last but not least by qualified employees. We are aware that the system of quality management is not in the control of the product quality but in the quality of processes in the first place. We realize that each internal process has an impact on the product quality and our competitiveness. That is why it is subjected to a continuous improvement process (internal audits).

The control of the quality of all components is performed in control centers directly in the production halls and also in the technical control department where the measured values from the production process ​​are collected in the PASTAT system from all the control centers through wireless data network. The collected values ​​are further processed by statistical methods (SPC) such as process capability Cp, Cpk, machine capability Cm, Cmk, and others (Pp, Ppk). According to the findings the process is optimized to achieve its maximum stability.

The company bought an optical measuring system KEYENCE in the year 2013. It is a digital image measurement system, which is suitable for the measuring of the turning parts. The measuring machine is able to take the measurements of 99 dimensions in 3 seconds.

With a high-speed measurement system KEYENCE is also equipped a newly purchased workplace for 100% measuring control. The workplace is robotized and fully automatic. This measurement is required for selected parts especially by the customers of the automotive industry.
