BANES s.r.o. company started production and sale of clamping screws for carbide inserts. They are strength screws class 10.9. Each screw is made by machining, than hardened and treated by special coat on the copper basis. Thanks to the hardening, screw obtains required strength and hardness, so it´s wear ability is improved and it´s lifetime is extended. Heads of the screws are equipped with inside TORX. The screws can be tightened up to twice torque force, than the tool distributors recommend. Thanks to the special surface treatment, the screws have good friction properties both for the tightening and for the loosening. It´s expressive appearance also helps for it´s visibility in case of it´s drop off. Screws are made in these dimensions: M4x8, M3,5x12,7, M3x7 and we are planning to start production of another screws in various dimensions.
